Handicapped guy geting screwed by CLflaggers

hello: I am a handicapped older guy that just had foot surgery and at the moment restricted to a wheelchair I am looking for a guy that might be able to help me with a few odd jobs that need taken care since I can't walk to do them why would they flag a post like this I don't u understand?? If there is somebody that would be able to help please get back to me for more details hopefully, before they and some of the people that troll these sites flag my post again thanks
