Need Roof Fixed by Licensed Contractor

I have a roof that needs two things. 1.) fixes especially the eves as you can see in the picture. 2.) A Certification that the roof can last 5 year at least. This is a requirement by my lender Please take a look at the pictures. I am NOT looking for a full roofing job. I am looking for the fixes and the certification. Must have Roofing contracting license and refferals
