Boulder removal with or without foundation install

I am bidding a job for an addition and the home has a semi-interred granite boulder where the foundation must go. I need to find a site guy to remove the boulder, and perhaps form and pour the foundation as well. Foundation dimensions 24'x24' typical, plus slab. The homeowner is chomping at the bit.
