Housekeeper / House Manager Needed! Must be very motivated, detail oriented and extremely thoughtful and proactive! STARTS JULY OR AUGUST 2022! $1,800 - $2,000 gross per week paid fully on books before tax. Only 35 total hours per week! During school year 11 or 11:30 am - 6 or 7 pm Mon-Fri Sept-May Live-Out Upper East Side. June-August live-in Mon-Thurs 4 days 30 hours in Hamptons. PROFESSIONAL Housekeeper / House Manager Needed! Must be very motivated, detail oriented and extremely thoughtful and proactive! Sees what needs to be done and does it! Arranging car services, going out of the way to communicate with the parents to see what they need to do. Keeping calendars and schedules for the parents and the 2 teenagers. Errands. Deep cleaning of bathrooms, family laundry, ironing, vacuuming and dusting all rooms. Making beds. Excellent deep cleaning housekeeper who is also a high level house manager / household assistant. Running errands, returning items as needed. Live-out during the school year. Keeping up household inventory who keeps list of sponges, lightbulbs, linens, paper towels etc. that need to be replaced.
