Where the fuck did you get 30 billion from? 50 billion was all DUMP could get after his hissy fit and historical government shut down and taking the funds mainly from the military budget to build that P.O.S wall that did nothing. It would cost way more than 50 billion to make an effective wall and that would carry costs that DUMP would have rather ignored. DUMP likes "eminent domain" for a reason. The environmental studies and costs of buying out "private property alone" to build that useless wall would have made DUMP's wall cost hundreds of billions. DUMP NEVER GOT THE MONEY approved by a "then" RePuBeLCuNt congress because it was going to cost WAY MORE than DUMP claimed it would have, and of course like all government contracts, it went to the lowest bidder. A typical DUMP project when the cheapest materials, labor and least effort are made to build a P.O.S that requires hundreds of millions to maintain on an annual basis. re; I love the (downtown / civic / van ness) I love the immigrants at the southern border.
