New Creation Tiny Homes, Oregon's premier Tiny Home manufacturer is currently hiring both general laborers and skilled builders to fill out our team. We are a small family-owned and operated company that is rapidly growing to meet customer demand and rise in alternative housing. We build our Tiny homes to traditional housing codes and also meet the RVIA code for RV certification. We are looking for motivated individuals that are looking for a stable full-time position with room to grow and learn with our company. As a builder on our team, you will get to work on all phases of construction, as we do everything in-house from start to finish. All builds begin on our custom-built trailers, phase 1 includes framing, rough plumbing\electrical, insulation, weatherproofing, roofing, and siding. Phase 2 construction will be interior finish out i.e. interior walls (drywall, shiplap, plywood, or other), ceilings, flooring, trim, and paint. Finally, phase 3 consists of the fine finish out. Installing all cabinetry, appliances, and finish plumbing (sinks, showers, and toilets). We don't expect everyone to know every aspect of the process right away but we do cross-train everyone on our team to be skilled at every process throughout the construction phases. We offer on-the-job training for those looking to learn and master skills in this industry.
