Seeking a parking spot for Tiny House

I am moving to Long Island next month and am looking for a spot to park my tiny house on wheels and live in it for the next ~2 years. I have been building the house all spring with the hope of living in it when I move. Size & space requirements: The house is 20ft long x 12.5ft tall x 8.5ft wide. I tow it with a Chevy Silverado 1500 that is also my main vehicle. In all, I would need about 250 sq ft of yard space (preferably a large backyard, property, or farm) that could accommodate the house as well as a place to park my truck. Amenities: I have an onboard water tank and solar panels and am planning on a composting waste system and hauling out all my waste/trash, so no municipal water, sewage or power hookups needed. Though I will need an unshaded spot for the solar panels, and I would be willing to pay a little extra every month to fill up my water tank from your garden hose rather than hauling in jugs of water to fill it. Location: My job will be in Southampton and I would like to minimize my commute as much as possible (for whatever that's worth on LI), so optimal locations would be Riverhead, Quogue, Hampton Bays or somewhere on the south fork. Occupants: I live alone (female) and am quiet and clean as a tenant. I currently have no pets, though I am interested in maybe getting a dog once I move. Rent: My initial offer is $800 per month. I'm able-bodied and pretty handy so I could also do chores/yardwork/fixer-upper tasks in exchange for a partial offset of the rent. I am happy to discuss and negotiate the rental terms.
