Hey everyone! this is a long shot to post here maybe, but hey let's see if we can work somethin' out! we are renting out TWO SEPARATE & PRIVATE BEDROOMS in our 4 bedroom, 1 office, 3 bathroom home! if you look at the pictures the bedrooms still have stuff in them. one is my office right now and the other is a playroom. both will be cleared out before you move in! we are located in Henderson near the corner of Windmill and Pecos. AC, nice backyard and patio space, minutes away from 215 and about 10-15 minutes from the strip.. Laundry in the home… relaxed space.. good vibes and open common areas. my partner and our kid will be going out of the country for the Summer so it will be me and TWO LUCKY RESPONSIBLE, PREFERABLY CREATIVE AND CLEAN NEW ROOMMATES! Our rate is $900/month for each bedroom plus a security deposit of the same amount up front before moving in. 
WE WILL TAKE CARE OF UTILITIES :) your stay would be somewhere around May-September with the option to possibly stay 2 more months. Again, We are looking for 2 RESPONSIBLE, COOL, CLEAN people to start moving in towards the end of MAY but we are semi-flexible with all that. Hope this finds everyone well! happy hunting.
