My wife was at the Elgin Casino Saturday April 16th, and we are pretty sure she lost her ID card booklet there. It is a bit larger than the size of a driver's license, and is about 1/2 thick, full of old out of date ID cards. It has no bank/credit cards inside, and is of no $$ value. But it has great sentimental value to her. $100 reward if found and returned. There are several IDs inside that have her picture. She is a small chinese lady, alweays smiling in her pictures. Not smiling today though.
