Wedding season is fast approaching, events are returning, we're growing and getting busy! Join Lansing's premier wedding and event design firm! We are looking for a reliable person to lead our Event Set-Up Crew and reliable people to join the crew. THIS IS MAJORITY WEEKEND WORK. Early mornings for set-up and late evenings for teardown. General Duties: - Deliver party rental items to customer locations around Mid-Michigan. - Load tents, tables, chairs, and other event items into company vehicles from the warehouse and prep for delivery. - Provided exceptional service to customers and be willing to assist them with anything they need. - Set up rental tents, tables, chairs, and other items in a safe, timely manner and complete the tear down at the conclusion of the event. - Clean and/or put away all items in a thorough manner upon returning to the store and have them ready to be rented out again in exceptional condition. Desired Skills: - Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude - Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and be capable of standing, walking, crouching, and bending. - Must have a good driving record and clean criminal history. ** There is plenty of work - and the right candidates will be part of a growing team and able to make good supplemental income.
