​​​Now Hiring: Experienced Lawn Maintenance Technicians! We are looking for experienced hard-working and self-motivated lawn technicians to join our team as we start the 19th season in business! Job Expectations: Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, be team players and be highly dependable. We are looking for someone to provide professional lawn maintenance services for well-cared-for and established routes in the Olympia, Lacey and DuPont areas. We will be providing some guidance and training to ensure you understand company procedures and policies and that you are comfortable with your new job. You need to be able to work alone and may have a co-worker(s) assigned to you as more accounts are added to your route. We prefer you have experience with driving a full-size truck and trailer but will provide additional training if necessary. You will be expected to operate equipment such as walk-behind mowers, riding mowers, stick edgers, string trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently If this sounds like you, please contact us so we can get your resume and set up an interview. Job Requirements: * Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Lawn Maintenance Technician with a professional landscaping or lawn maintenance company. *Needs to be able to provide service to a current lawn care customer route with very little training. * Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly. * Stand, bend, twist, and pull for moderate periods. * Valid driver’s license. * Clean driving record. * Excellent attendance record. * Enjoy working in all weather conditions. * Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude * Experience driving a truck and trailer. Training can be provided for this. * Attention to quality and detail Benefits: $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, bonus pay, and paid vacations. Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 PM or until scheduled work for the day is completed.
