Please help, elderly basement disaster

My name is Mrs D. Im writing because im 79 and my basement is in disaster. The toilet backed up and I need help. I can't afford a cleaning company im unable to clean and sanitize what happened myself. I don't have the funds to reach out to a company for help and my home insurance won't cover it. If anyone can help clean please. I don't have anything im desperate and in need of help. Thank you so much.
