I'm looking for a pro to mud and sand over existing knockdown texture on the ceilings and existing orange peel on the walls, going level5 completely flat, paint ready. Some walls and ceilings are already done by previous contractor. Entire 2 story house about 3700sqft, house is empty, dust is ok. Will need to install some drywall too. High ceilings, lots of work, prefer quality over speed. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Dr. Phillips area.
