Maintenance (Lakeland, FL) Newby Management is seeking a part-time maintenance person to begin immediately work at a 55+ Manufactured-Home community (216 sites). Seeking a courteous, professional, team player and task oriented person to work Sunday-Saturday, 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday; 1/2 hour on Saturday and Sunday, 26 hours per week. Some duties include but are not limited to: General maintenance duties around the park; Upkeep of property Weed-eating canal; trimming trees; Cleaning recreation hall and laundry room; Locking community gates every single night; Team Player and self starter Strong positive customer service skills.
