Newby Management is seeking a full-time maintenance person to begin immediately work at a 55+ Manufactured-Home community (356 sites). Seeking a courteous, professional, team player and task oriented person to work Tuesday-Saturday, 5 hours per day, 1/2 hour on Saturday and Sunday, 40 hours per week. Some duties include but are not limited to: General maintenance duties around the park; Upkeep of property Weed-eating, trimming trees; landscaping Cleaning Kitchen and Bathroom Painting Handyman for repairs Pool Cleaning Team Player and self starter Strong positive customer service skills.
