Scope of Job: As a Boat Captain you will be working full-time within our attractions team in Park Operations. You will be responsible for operating a boat with up to 12 guests on a defined route while interacting with them in a positive and engaging manner. You will uphold LEGOLAND Florida Resort’s highest standards of safety and cleanliness while exceeding guest expectations. Key Objectives: With safety the number one priority, you will deliver an awesome guest experience while touring guests through the Cypress Gardens canal and an open waterway. Background and Experience: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have successfully passed the Florida Boating Safety Course examination • Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in an environment that required two-way communication with guests/customers
