Crucial Cleaners is looking for a self-driven and professional cleaner to join our small team! Most of our current work is in Liberty Lake and ranges from mid-day to midnight. This is a fantastic job for anyone who likes to put headphones in and go to work. This is a 4 day on 3 day off shift that is as follows (Training hours may vary from this schedule): Sunday 12N to 10PM (Flexible - Can be earlier/Later if needed) Monday 12N to 10PM Tuesday 4PM to 12AM (Can be later if needed) Wednesday 4PM to 12AM (Can be later if needed) Most work will be done as an individual so you must be a self driven individual. Quality Assurance of contracts is performed to ensure the work is done and to help improve where possible. We work with some amazing people and actively deny contracts that have a negative atmosphere. Sick time will be accrued immediately and usable after the 6-month probationary period. There will be some training involved regardless of past experience, but the preferred person will be: -Driven to make things as new as possible through cleaning on a regular basis -Not be fully list driven (be able to quickly identify things that are dirty/used and clean them) -Strive to complete contracts in a timely manner (It’s not intensive hard work, but it does require some level of hustle) -Represent the company in a professional manner and appearance You will be required to wear a mask during the cleaning of one specific office. A full background check must also be passed. Pay starts at $17.00/hr and will be raised to $18/hr as soon as you are capable and can be depended on to work without supervision. Additional pay increases will be given depending on further dependability and cleaning ability after a 6-month probationary period. You must have a Driver’s License and a dependable vehicle is required in order to reach contracts (You must be able to drive in the normal snowy conditions we have in the area, but contracts can be delayed in extreme conditions).
