We are a startup van conversion company with a very full schedule. We are looking for applicants with van building experience. We are looking for individuals that are detail oriented and strive to build to the best of their abilities while working solo or within a team. We are looking for a systems professional, laborer, and lead builder. Employees should also be aware of required safety needs and to take them seriously. All applicants should be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time, squatting, kneeling and bending to reach components. Desired needs: • Prep vans for installation of new components • General carpentry • Fabricate/install wall and door panels • Assemble/install new components • Install electrical systems • Install plumbing, interior systems • Assemble/install exterior accessories • Maintain a clean, safe working environment • Follow safety guidelines Desired skills • Experience in RV/Marine mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing • Experience in general construction • Experience with welding/metal fabrication • Assemble/install exterior accessories • Maintain a clean, safe working environment • Follow safety guidelines
