JMK Lawn Service LLC, serving Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, and Superior, CO, actively seeks hard-working Lawn Maintenance Crew Members. Crew Members will be asked to perform essential lawn care services such as mowing, aeration, and turf applications, operating lawnmowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, aerators, spreaders, and hedge trimmers. Additionally, they may be asked to help with small landscaping projects, landscape maintenance services, seasonal cleanups, and other miscellaneous work. No prior experience is required, but it is highly preferred. Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders will be expected to perform all crew member tasks to a very high level of proficiency and be comfortable training. They will be expected to lead their crews, communicate directly with the operations manager, and more. Being a crew leader is a much more involved role, and is compensated accordingly. JMK is employee-centric and has a fun company culture. This position has the option for part-time and full-time work, earning $20 to $22 per hour, with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.
