This essential role is vital in protecting lives and supporting ongoing growth improvements for the state of Colorado. The right candidate will be essential in ensuring work zone and public safety, while meeting contractual project needs around the Denver Metro and Denver International Airport Area. To qualify, you must: -Be at least 18 years of age -Have open availability to work, including nights and possible weekends -Be able to pass a drug test, including marijuana -In some cases, be able to pass a 10 year background check -Have a valid ID and personal transportation to get to and from projects -Be reliable and always follow safety procedures -Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time Ideal candidates will also possess the following characteristics: -Dependable and motivated -Good customer, company, and external communication skills -Critical thinking skills -Ability to work in the heat/cold -Prioritize safety procedures *Employee Referral Bonus: From now until July 31, 2022- If you refer a friend, and that friend gets hired on and works 90 verified hours, you both will receive a $250 bonus on the following paycheck!
