Charlie is my service animal. I am wheelchair bound and he's been my constant companion through five spinal surgeries. He is about 27 pounds and is black and white. His head is black, most of his body is white except for a large black patch on his hindquarters that extends to the base of his tail. He's extremely friendly, but might look timid. There's a reward for his safe return. He went missing by EZ Pawn and was initially sighted in the Pennville area. Please share this information to help bring Charlie Home. REWARD FOR HIS RETURN
