This is not a screen printing position, but experience with screen printing is a plus. Job responsibilities: •Cleaning screens •Setup and tear down of screens •Catching and folding shirts •Mixing ink colors •Screen prep •General cleaning We have a great atmosphere here and we enjoy ourselves, but expectations on quality & efficiency are high. If you have experience in this industry, you know that it is fast-paced and we need to be as efficient as possible. Great attention to detail is a must. CENTRAL DUTIES: Assisting lead screen printer. Uphold productivity and strict quality standards. Communicating clearly with front office and production staff about questions or issues. Updating tasks in our shop management software Basic maintenance.
