Our client is a leading company that deals with hydraulics **Call or text Sulia at 215-932-7404** Job Description Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm $16 - $17/hour Skills and Abilities: Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces, adhering to internal procedures. Maintains specifications by observing drilling and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Assembly cutting tool holders and position in machine spindles as specified using tools or insert cutting tools. Confirms conformance of finished work to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Ability to read and interpret drawings and mechanical documents. Skill in operating tooling as well as precision measurements tools. Should be able to work as a team player, self-motivated, professional behavior, and strong time management. Willing to take additional responsibility comes with new opportunities based on business growth. Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time to meet delivery deadlines. Should demonstrate a basic understanding of computer programming and CAD /CAM. Being passionate about producing on time and doing a job right the first time.
