$30,000 for 5hrs/day, 5 days/week
Full janitorial services needed for 40,000 sq ft building. Need common areas, bathrooms and individual suites cleaned daily (one hour at lunch, approx. 4 hrs each night) - floors washed, vacuuming, dusting and trash out. 2 kitchens with refrigerators and microwaves as well. Person/crew needs to have very high standards and be extremely reliable. References will be requested.
