Base Lab Tools is looking for a Part-time Grounds & Maintenance worker. This person in this position will be responsible for a large array of tasks, including (but not limited to) Cleaning, painting, grounds maintenance, landscaping & trash removal for 3 small properties. Any tools & equipment required would be supplied by Base Lab Tools This person needs to be responsible, have a driver's license and clean driving record. Some general handy skills would be preferred, but not required. Schedule can be flexible, typically 20-25 hours per week. Pay rate $12-$15 / hours based on experience.
