Looking for a reliable, hardworking, and committed individual to help bring our 139 acre farm back to its glory.
The farm consist of Grapes, Apples, and cherries.
Orchard Managers are responsible for overseeing plant inventory, planning when to plant each species, harvesting plants, recommending fertilizers and potting mediums, and computer controls, maintaining breeding records, forecasting demand to determine plant populations, and ensuring that operation is in line with environmental regulations.
• Strong communicator (Spanish/English preferred)
o Written and Oral
• Private Applicator’s License
o Not Required, but encouraged
• Self-Starter
• In Depth understanding of all facets to running a farm
• Duties Include
o Planting

o Spraying
o Harvest
o Maintenance
o Irrigation
o Pesticides
o Pruning
o Reporting Requirements
o WSDA Regulations
o Basic Computer Skills
• Salaried Position
o Starting Wage - Final Determination will be dependent upon Experience
