AirBnB Cleaner Needed! Great summer gig

We are looking for a person to clean our Airbnb between guests this summer and perhaps for the long term. The Airbnb is very small (214 sq ft) and can be cleaned in 30 minutes easily (most of the time). We need somebody to clean the space, reset the laundry and snacks, and make the bed. The tough part is that we need you to clean it between 2 and 4 times a week between 11 am (check-out) and 4 pm (check-in). It only takes 30 minutes so you have a window when you can do it. The days change weekly depending on the airbnb calendar but you will have access to this ahead of time every week. We are willing to pay $45 per cleaning and you can also collect all the tips that are left for the cleaner. It averages 2 to 4 guests per week so you can earn $90 to $180 plus tips weekly for a gig that might only take up a few hours of your time (with no boss and working alone)!
