Description

The Make Ready Maintenance position entails turning apartments and getting them ready for new move ins. Plumbing, electrical, some carpentry, and general labor skills is required. You will also be doing maintenance and running work orders on apartments. EPA Certified is a plus, but not required, CPO Certified is also a plus, but not required. If you do not have these skills and knowledge, your resume will not be considered. Must have dependable vehicle and cell phone. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8-5. Serious applicants only.
