Responsibilities: Maintain pools including cleaning pools, checking chemical levels, adding appropriate chemicals to pool, and inspecting pool equipment Understanding of basic water chemistry, filter cleanings, backwashing, algae treatments Vacuuming, brushing of sidewalls, cleaning pump and skimmer baskets, etc. Check on pool equipment and report any issues with the operation of the equipment Responding quickly to and communicating clearly to inquiries from customers Log all service with company mobile app Troubleshoot problems Requirements: Must be well spoken, dedicated and organized individual with good work ethics Some pool experience preferred, but will provide training Great positive attitude and professional demeanor Maintain the highest standards in customer service and professional and ethical conduct Self-starter who can work alone without the need for constant management. CPO/TPO Certification a plus Ability to multi-task Technical knowledge of pool equipment (pumps, filters, etc.) preferred. Must have valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, and good driving. MVR check.
