Landscape/Hardscape contractor in New Berlin. I am seeking 2 laborers with some experience in landscaping or hardscapes. I do not mow lawns or building maintenance. Not looking for people experienced in installing mulch. I am looking for people who are not afraid of work, This is a job you will get in shape and paid for it. I install brick paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor entertainment areas. Fire pits to outdoor fireplaces. Brick, block and natural stone. Some planting are involved. Experience needed: Know what a level is and how to use it. Can handle a wheel barrow Know the difference between a spade shovel and a scoop shovel and when to use each one Know the difference between large, medium and small blocks, pavers Know that 8 am is start time and you have to be at the shop before 8 am The ability to save money. Not ask daily for money. Have a valid drivers license and transportation to the job or work site The ability to stay off your phone during work hours. I do not pay you to answer your phone. If you can make me money and prove it. I may reconsider this. But phone stay in your car. Need a phone during the day. I have business phones. If you travel from Milwaukee and know there are traffic back ups, you will not use it for a reason to be late. You will know and get through the traffic back up before it backs up. I am not looking for people who need a wake up call. You will learn a trade, get in shape and get paid for it. I am looking for self starters, awesomeness. Rain days will be shop days if you can do the above. I as owner work on all projects. I get just as dirty or more then laborers This is a full time position. With some Saturdays.
