Magnolia Management is seeking a full time Landscape Technician to work on various landscape, construction, agricultural, and maintenance projects alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance staff. Qualifications: Candidate must be at least 21 years’ old Candidate must have a clean driving record Ability to drive a large pickup truck or dump truck, and trailer High School Diploma is required Experience with riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, and other landscape maintenance equipment preferred Job Responsibilities Mow and edge lawns of properties using commercial grade riding mowers, motorized trimmers and edger’s Maintain mechanical equipment and tools that include cleaning and general mechanical repairs Assist with school gardens and farming projects Water lawns, trees and plants using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, and/or watering cans Repair lawns, landscape beds, and apply fertilizers Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas Job Schedule Monday - Friday
