Millie Ann, the sweetest puppy I've ever known has a spinal I jury and has no use of rear legs. She is small breed and weights 10#. I could not bring myself to put her down because she is only 2 and full of love and life. I am hoping to find someone with a used walking cart that they would donate for her. Please, if you're able, help Millie.
