We are in NEED of Lead Start up Tech/Warranty Tech & New Construction MISC Tech & New Construction Installers & Helpers. MISC Tech: Works with New Const Supervisor and handles punch items from Rough in stage and Trim out stages as well as inspection items and MISC needs. Experience with New Construction install would be great, speaks well and able to communicate with our Supervisors, H/Owners and Builders when needed. Includes- Company truck. **Will Train if needed. Lead Service Warranty Tech/Start up Tech: We are looking for experienced Service Techs to do New Construction system start ups as well as run Warranty calls. These could consist of trouble shooting issues before Homeowner moves in or afterwards. We need Techs as well as a Lead Tech that could roll into a Supervisor Position of this Dept. System start up knowledge consists of wiring, zoning, soldering, Static pressure, pulling vacuum on system and charging with nitrogen, checking gas test/pressures and connecting gas appliances. Setting T-stats up and making sure system is cooling and/or heating at completion. Includes- Company Van and uniforms. Warranty appts would be trouble shooting system issues, No heat, No Cooling, System not going to set temps. Etc. Includes- Company Van and uniforms. New Construction Installers/Helpers needed. Install new residential heating and air duct work, registers, gas lines, units & wiring. We have been in Business since 1947 as we started in Durham and have since branched to a couple locations with our main office off Hodge Road in Knightdale now. Need very dependable, dedicated and hard working applicants. Able to work independently as directed or with others.
