🌟I have a passion for working with children of all ages (including infantry stages), with over 16 years experience. I have a very well behaved, smart, loving 12 year old son of my own. I love forming bonds with children, watching them grow, making them smile and seeing them conquer and learn all the new things they do throughout the appropriate stages of their life. It is something I truly enjoy and I treat each as my own, providing a loving and caring atmosphere for each child as I do my own. 🌟I am very reliable and motivated. I bring a unique understanding of childhood needs and care to an in-home environment. The child(ren) is my main priority, of course but I also do light cleaning and meal preparation. I find that children love when you incorporate allowing them to help in anything a grown up they look up to is doing which is not only fun for them but also teaches them responsibility and helpfulness at an early age. 💠 In addition I also: 🔸Provide expert care for children of all ages including infantry 🔸 Handle diverse household priorities and chores creating an early on experience teaching organization, responsibility and initiative at an early on stage 🔸 Balance entertainment and optimal play time between school work/home work 🔸 Successfully manages parental expectations 🔸 Provide positive behavior patterns 🔸 Provide compassion and caring with all children as if caring for my own 🔸 Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children 🔸 Help assist with bathing and dressing as needed 🔸 Change diapers and assist with potty-training process, if age-appropriate 🔸 Assist with children’s laundry- sorting, washing, folding, putting away 🔸 Help with meal prep, preparing food, and/or assisting with feeding the children 🔸 Arrange playdates and outings if needed 🔸 Engage in indoor and outdoor play and activities 🔸 Organize educational activities and crafts 🔸 Read to the children and help children practice and master their reading skills 🔸 Help aid in homework and/or tutoring 🔸 Clean and organize bedrooms/play areas 🔸 Help in administering basic medical care if necessary with parents’ consent 🔸 Track and provide via a shared app (or on paper if prefered) children's daily performance logs for the parents 🔸 Provide light housekeeping as needed (including picking up and caring after pets as needed too)
