I am tired of paying rent, I am looking to buy a home. I would prefer owner finance. I pay almost 1500 a month, for an apartment, I hardly sleep in. I spend most of my time working and due to rent, it is difficult to save money. Which is why I would love to buy a home, owner finance preferred. I have a stable job, stable income.
