Local Cleaning Company looking for someone to work 20-25 hours per week maintaing hallways and laundry rooms in local apartment community. The job: -Wiping down washers and dryers -Wiping down railings in 3story buildings. There are 14 buildings -Cleaning the glass entry doors -Vacuuming all levels of each building and stairs -Removing filled trash in laundry rooms and replacing liners -Mopping floors as needed -All supplies are provided The Applicant: -Energetic, able to climb stairs and lift & carry canister or backpack vacuum -Must have reliable transportation -Able to stay focused on task for the day while working independently. -Must be thorough and pay attention to detail -Available to work 10-2, Monday through Friday. Somewhat flexible with the hours as long as the job is done properly and thoroughly.
