Keyboard player and former career DJ newer to area would like to find a like minded guitarist and any other players who prefer jazzy, funky, groove style music to create a fun playlist and start playing out.then adopted leaving poor Jay utterly alone in a concrete cell. Pulled just in time from Animal Services by a rescue organization, just to be attacked by other dogs at the rescue facility, left poor Jay shaken and hopeless. Depression set in and Jay was losing her will to fight on. But all was not lost, and another rescue organization stepped up and fostered Jay with a wonderful family. Found pair of binoculars at chatfield state Park. Found over by the horse parking lot. Turned into lost and found. Call the state park to ID Lost. White and cream shih tzu, 7 months old, about 10 lbs. Her name is Chloe and she escaped on 4/15/22. She ran from us and we lost sight of her on 9th and Zenobia street in Denver around 8:30 pm. She is very sweet, but maybe skittish.I’m a writer and musician, my own work tends towards spacey alt/indie rock, but I’m looking for finished work that just needs vocals written. I’m fairly confident in writing catchy melodies, hooks etc. Can work remotely, I have decent recording gear.Funk / Soul / R&B band looking for female lead singer. We are a well-established tight group with a great reputation and numerous performances booked. Our previous singer, who we loved, moved on and she leaves with the bar set HIGH. We’re looking for a dynamic and talented and experienced singer who has a love of good funk/soul/R&B music. We’re looking more for an exceptional singer and musician than for an “entertainer.” We care most about the quality of the music. This is an 8-piece band with horns and we have another singer who sings lead on various songs. We are experienced professionals, low-drama, low-ego, and rehearse several times a month, dependent on upcoming gigs and timelines. We run efficient rehearsals and respect everyone’s time. We are also very open to new material being brought to the group. Our repertoire currently includes songs by Lizzo, Tom Misch, George Michael, Vulfpeck, Michael Jackson, Pharrell Williams, Al Green, James Brown, Cake, Average White Band, Aretha Franklin, Earth Wind & Fire, Bill Withers, Ohio Players, Amy Winehouse, Blackstreet, et.al. We are always open to other suggestions, as well.I'm pretty new at this, it's been almost a year since I started producing electronic music and I'm deeply addicted. I have a long history with music and guitar, but that's just not what I'm into right now. Now I'm making my own original tracks and mixing sets with House, Deep House, Organic House, Bass House, World sounds, etc. Maybe a little Techno. Who knows where it will all go. I'm finding my way and would love to connect with some local people for the journey.WANTED: CLASSIC COUNTRY LEAD GUITAR, age range from around 50 to 70+ y.o. We have bass, drums, lead singer/rhythm acoustic guitar. We are an original Omaha-based melodic rock band that is heavily influenced by the epic rock 'n roll of the 70s and 80s. Our sound is layered and incorporates vocals, guitars, synthesizers and drums. We have a large practice space, complete with professional gear (7 guitars, 2 drum sets, 2 synthesizers and a keyboard, 3 amps), ProTools 10, a brand new PreSonus 32-channelLooking for other guitarists, bass, drums/percussionists/ keys, sax players, and/or vocalists for rock/ blues-rock jams and hopefully, if anything clicks, the formation of a band. Just for fun, if we can eventually play some local gigs that might be fun also. I'd also be happy doing acoustic music with other guitarists, acoustic bass, mandolin, violin, dulcimer, etc. A tiny fraction of music I like: Stones, Neil Young, Hendrix, Bowie, Muddy Waters, B.B. King, Chuck Berry, Howling Wolf, Leadbelly, Joni Mitchell (Who doesn't?), Bob Dylan, Mark Knophler, Pink Floyd, (Gilmour is among my favorite guitarists) Beatles, Ramones, everything from mellow folk to punk and everything in-between, plus indie and new emerging pop/rock/alt bands. I'm in Bellingham and have practice space. I'm open to other musical forms too; I love Motown, soul, old R&B, jazz, reggae, on and on. I'm really laid back and just want to enjoy playing, nothing overly serious, but I would like to practice enough with a core group of people to get locked in and tight. I'm older and I've been playing for a long time, I'm pretty good but I'm no fully advanced pro. I can sing well but don't have a huge range. It would definitely be great to have another vocalist. We don't have to do covers, I'm just not great at writing. But I'll take the time to learn and play your original material with you. That would be awesome, really. Anybody down to start up an instrumental hiphop /electronic band... original material, maybe a few select covers? I'm loving Orion Sun at the moment, also I always love Khruangbin. I also enjoy more pinkish elements. I love Dehd. They have a cool band energy. I've been making music since the 90's.Hey what’s up, I’ve been producing for a while and just recently getting deeper into mixing/mastering music. And I’d really like some more practice in those areas. I’d really like to work with an artists and learn more and possibly help you out and make something cool
