Hi I have a 4 month old border collie male up for adoption! He is the sweetest boy very good with cats and small children I'm not to sure about other dogs though. He knows how to sit and lay down and he will stand by the door when he has to go to the bathroom. I'm moving to a new apartment and it's a no pet policy I'm hoping with him being so young he will be able to warm up and not take this so hard. He isn't neutered but I can have him be before adoption. I am asking a reasonable rehoming fee for his breed as he is high maintenance and will require a lot of time and care
