Hi I'm Chef Charlie Azrael Scott I am the founder of Grand-Mère Anna! Being a personal culinary professional has always been my passion and now it's time that I spread my wings to soar. I named my business after my grandmother who raised me from birth alongside my 5 siblings in San Diego, California. Learning how to cook at a young age and taking care of my grandparents is a lot of my inspiration as well as my passion for scratch cooking that was born from not always being able to find certain ingredients needed for recipes.
