We are looking for long-term cleaners to join our team and clean our studios & 1-2 bedroom apartments in San Antonio! Our Cleaners are our eyes and ears on the ground. They treat every apartment like it’s their own. They ensure every suite is cleaned spotless and stocked, and keep an eye out for things like maintenance issues and furniture damage. The Assistant Lead Cleaner (ALC) is an extremely important part of our team and reports directly to our Lead Cleaner (LC). The ALC assists in leading and managing our cleaning team of 3-4 cleaners. This position is best fit for someone who is ready to throw on their headphones and work independently while they clean. They will also assist in supervising cleaners and partnering with the on-ground Operations team to maintain consistent quality standards in all units. The ALC should be ready to act as Lead Cleaner when the LC is not present. Job Details: $19/hr (25-30 hrs/weekly) Double Pay on Holidays Weekly Pay 1099 Independent Contractor Paid training Bonuses for 5***** Cleaning Reviews Please apply if you meet all of the below requirements: Requirements: Available between 10AM and 4PM EVERYDAY (You will have 2 days off/wk but must be available to work on weekends especially SUNDAY). Reliable Transportation & valid driver's license required. Dependable. You will assist the LC in creating work schedules and ensuring all cleans are completed in a timely fashion. Smartphone with data capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively through the apps with use. Great attention to detail and obsessed with excellence. We supply all cleaning supplies & equipment. You will be responsible for daily cleaning as well as assist the LC in auditing cleaners’ units when the LC is not present. Must be willing and able to work for extended periods of time on your feet, bend over and lift up to 30 lbs. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Some experience in hiring, training or managing is preferred but not required. Must pass a background check. Subject to random drug testing.
