We are looking for long-term cleaners to join our team and clean our studios & 1-2 bedroom apartments in San Antonio! Our Cleaners are our eyes and ears on the ground. They treat every apartment like it’s their own. They ensure every suite is cleaned spotless and stocked, and keep an eye out for things like maintenance issues and furniture damage. The Lead Cleaner (LC) is an extremely important part of our team and reports directly to our Director of Operations. The LC leads and manages our cleaning team of 3-4 cleaners. This position is best fit for someone who is ready to throw on their headphones and work independently while they clean, AND simultaneoulsy supervise cleaners & partners with the onground Operations team to maintain consistent quality standards in all units. Job Details: $23-$25/hr (30-35 hrs/weekly) Double Pay on Holidays Weekly Pay 1099 Independent Contractor Paid training Bonuses for 5***** Cleaning Reviews Please apply if you meet all of the below requirements: Requirements: Available between 9:30AM and 4:30PM EVERYDAY (You will have 2 days off/wk but must be available to work on weekends especially SUNDAY). Reliable Transportation & valid driver's license required Dependable. A high level of dependability is an absolute MUST. You will be responsible for creating cleaner work schedules, communicating daily with cleaners and ensuring all cleans are completed in a timely fashion. Smartphone with data capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively through the apps we use. Great attention to detail and obsessed with excellence. We supply all cleaning supplies & equipment. You will be responsible for some daily cleaning as well as auditing your cleaners’ units and giving them feedback to ensure consistent 5***** cleaning reviews. Must be willing and able to work for extended periods of time on your feet, bend over and lift up to 30 lbs. Previous hotel or cleaning experience required. Experience in hiring, training and managing required. Great communication skills. Organizational skills. Track cleaning supplies inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels. Some administrative duties. Must pass a background check. Subject to random drug testing.
