Join the Young Wishmakers of Wisconsin for a professional development session with FOCUS Training. People leaders should be a “force-multiplier” on their teams, helping drive productivity in others. This makes delegating responsibilities in an organized and efficient way an essential leadership skill. In this session we will explore the common stumbling blocks of delegation and discuss best practices to improve. Coffee and light refreshments will be available, courtesy of Saz's Hospitality.
