Archie Moore's New Haven & Heaven Hill Distillery have come together to bring you a night of wonderful pairings. Four quality bourbons from Heaven Distillery paired with a four course dinner crafted by Chef Jose Perez.1st Course Grilled bourbon marinated peach salad, basil, mixed greens, candied pecans, shaved shallots with Gorgonzola and apple cider vinaigrette. Paired with Larceny Wheat Bourbon2nd Couse Shrimp escabeche, capers, orange segments, roasted garlic, red onions, and toasted crostini with EVOO. Paired with Henry McKenna Bottle In Bond3rd Course Grilled double cut bone-in pork chop, bourbon citrus glaze, smoke braised greens, bacon and white beans. Paired with Elijah Craig Small Batch4th Course Warm cinnamon bun, ice cream, banana bourbon caramel and marinated soaked raisins. Paired with Elijah Craig Barrel ProofYour ticket will include the four course dinner as well as a 1.5oz pour of each bourbon. Gratuity is not included in the cost of your ticket.
