The first Saturday in May is National Fitness Day. This day celebrates the power that physical fitness has to change lives. Fitness Day aims to celebrate what fitness means to people, promoting that keeping physically active means something different to us all. Lets be a part of a movement that breaks down the barriers that stop people being active, showing that fitness is for everyone! Join us on Saturday, May 7th as Certified Personal Trainer, Brittany, and trained volunteers walk you through various exercises and modifications to find the level that is right for you and make the most of your at home workout. You will leave this event with a photo guide of an individualized workout tailored to you and experience performing each exercise. Estimated time: 30 minutes. Arrive between 10am and 11:30pm.
