DU VIN is a combination of 2 events; 5-course Wine Pairing Dinner on Thursday followed by our Grand Tasting Event on Saturday.
The DU Vin Festival at the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management is the product of a class of senior Hospitality Management students in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. The event typically attracts around 300 guests. Students manage and are in charge of planning, executing, and coordinating all aspects of the wine pairing dinner and wine tasting event with guidance from professionals in the Food, Wine, and Hospitality Industry. The students are also in charge of recruiting and training other student volunteers to work the event.
