Hi- I am looking for a handyman/cleaner to manage one of my properties in Brighton. Here is the rundown: -Pay is 20-30/hr or 60-120 per cleaning depending on how messy the guests left it (1100sqft condo) -Need you to go once a week to take the trash out and do yard work -If you are a cleaner and are not handy, you must have a handyman or two on call in case there is a problem -If you are sick or cant make it, you must arrange a replacement yourself -Must answer phone or text after hours from guests -must shovel snow! You will be the property manager! That means you must be ready to dispach plumber, electrician, whoever. You can bill me weekly for hours & cleaning supplies. I don't want to deal with any headaches. only big problems. Please contact me if interested!
