Yoga can feel intimidating. You may find yourself asking "am I doing this right?" "Is my leg in the rights spot?" "What does that word mean?" Join us at Into the Well the third Sunday of the month for a workshop focusing on the foundations of a yoga practice.
We will cover topics like breathe, alignment, basic anatomy and yoga life principles. You will leave these workshops empowered to nourish a practice that is all your own!
Yoga is for everybody. Let's drop pretentious language and any fears about doing it "right." Let's practice and grow together.
