Angel’s Surviving Cancer Inc. will host its 8th annual “Praying for a Cure” fundraiser Prayer Breakfast event on Saturday, June 4th at 9:00am in Houston, Texas. Praying for a Cure is a divinely exciting, empowerment breakfast that allows us to honor valiant and courageous “Breast Cancer Thrivers”. These resilient women have school-aged children and have experienced financial hardship within the last year while going through their treatments. We also provide scholarships to 2022 high school graduates whose mothers have succumbed to Breast Cancer or going through active treatment in their senior year. Yet they are still ambitious enough to attend an institution of higher learning. Our Keynote speaker will be Dr. Anita Phillips from Dallas, Texas is a life coach and minister, Dr. Anita Phillips is an expert at unraveling the human experience.
