Description
looking for a full time person to work on a team repairing and maintaining rental properties in Michiana. Everyday is different. We do large remodels from houses taken to the studs. We also replace wax rings and other minor maintenance. Must be available to start by 7 am M-F. General knowledge of pluming, electric, flooring, drywall, painting, framing, and other general repair is helpful. must have a reliable car or truck to get to work. Pay starts at 20/hr. show us what you can do and we can go from there.
