Cat tree is perfect for cats on the larger side (our heaviest cat is 16 pounds and has arthritis - she prefers safe and sturdy cat trees which are difficult to find) it is very sturdy and will not tip over. Has holes on either end and one hole in the middle of the side. Cat tree is still covered in the original fabric. Our cats used to love to play with it but haven't used it for months - there are light signs of wear and one of the corners has a small ink stain. Our cats are regularly flea treated! Cat tree has been cleaned before listing. Non-smoking and clean home. $18 OBO - Walmart sells this new for $35. Cash only, no checks or trades.
